On August 10th, the Museum will be hosting the Friends of Geer Cemetery for their annual pop-up exhibit. From 10am to 2pm that day, the FoGC will be exploring African American heritage and the journey from slavery on the Stagville plantation to the thriving community they built in Durham.

This exhibit is sponsored by the Friends of Geer Cemetery, the Museum of Durham History, and the Stagville Historic Site.
