Downtown Durham, Inc. (DDI) was formed to catalyze revitalization and to restore downtown Durham as a vibrant and inviting city center. Projects outlined in the Downtown Durham Master Plan, which the City and County originally adopted in 2000, have changed and continue to change the face of downtown and surrounding neighborhoods.
