Durham’s second History Grove at 1017 Juniper Street honors the Kelly Family and the Albright Community Association. The Kelly Family heads the Albright Association that, since 1983, has worked to make this East Durham neighborhood a better place to live, work and play.

Garden Environments partnered on this project by providing landscaping support, and Durham City’s Neighborhood Improvement Services helped coordinate the effort. Albright neighbors, led by Dot and Junior Kelly, will maintain the grove.
