Spread Warmth This Holiday Season with the Museum of Durham History

As the holiday season approaches, we’re reminded of the power of community and the joy of giving. A key part of our exhibit, 100 Years of Duke: Names to Remember, is the story of Joyce Clayton Thorpe Nichols, P.A., who not only was a pioneer in the medical field, but a selfless member of the community, always giving back to and caring for those in need. On theme with Joyce’s legacy, we are highlighting community service and giving back to those in need.

The Museum is proud to be partnering with Note in the Pocket, a local organization dedicated to providing winter clothing for families in need. Together, we can make sure everyone in our community stays warm and cared for during this special time of year.
