History Among Friends Book Talk Series: Cora Darrah
The MoDH and Friends of the Durham Library proudly present a FREE author talk featuring Cora Darrah, discussing her book, A Story of Durham: Told the Wright Way. The event will take place on May 3rd, 2024, at 7:00 PM at The Friends of Durham Library’s bookstore, Books Among Friends (3825 S. Roxboro St.).

This event is the second in a collaborative series between The Friends of the Durham Library and the Museum of Durham History as part of the Museum’s tenth anniversary programming. Events in this series presented with support from Acme Plumbing.
Cora Darrah, a native of Durham as well as a distant ancestor of Richard Harvey Wright, has spun a story, based on countless hours of delving into Richard’s personal archives that are stored at Rubenstein Library on the Duke University Campus. Cora lives in Durham, North Carolina with her husband and two French Bulldogs.
